Exercise and Bodywork

Movement and touch are powerful tools that can help you to increase your physical, mental and emotional well-being. 

Based in Tribeca, NYC, I have maintained a private practice for many years doing personalized exercise and bodywork with clients in their homes and offices.

I'm trained in a variety of disciplines that include corrective exercise, yoga, fitness, The Feldenkrais Method and postural analysis, as well as other approaches.

 

Personal Training and Bodywork

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced mover, appreciate bodywork or haven't tried it before, I will work with you to create a customized program that best suits your individual needs, preferences and goals. 

Among my clients: writers, musicians, artists, filmmakers, doctors, psychotherapists, teachers, bankers, judges, CEO's, athletes, dancers and others from teenagers through octogenarians.
