Corporate Exercise & Bodywork Programs

I offer four distinct programs for corporate clients. Each addresses the effects of our current lifestyles, promotes healthier movement habits and a sense of well-being.

 

Back Care

Prevent and heal back pain through gentle, targeted strength, stretch and breathing exercises. 

Improve posture.

Shift habitual patterns that can lead to injury.

Acquire new skills for moving and sitting with ease.

 

Stretch, De-stress

Increase flexibility and let go of stress through a series of non-sweaty exercises, geared to the workplace. 

Techniques address areas where people hold tension in relation to their work.

 

Finding Neutral

Discover and employ new, more efficient ways of interfacing with your electronic devices. 

Not only do we adopt taxing positions to text, type, talk, listen, read, but we often do not return to a neutral, non-taxing position afterwards. 

Using ourselves more efficiently while interacting with our electronics helps to prevent pain and avoid potentially serious musculoskeletal problems.  

Workstation/desk/computer setup can also be assessed and shifted to improve positioning for more comfortable use.

 

Bodywork

15, 30 or 45 minute sessions to renew energy and feel refreshed.
